Hourhand is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Hourhand Pro

Hourhand Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Cloud processing is subject to a fair-use monthly allowance described in the app.

Your recordings belong to you. Make sure you have permission to record the people you record where the law requires it.
